Privacy Policy

Updated 26 October 2026

DMZ Tech (Digital Media & Technology Zone) operates this website. This notice explains how information is used when you browse our site, contact us or request a call.

Information you provide

Our call-request form collects your name, email address, business name and project goals. You can also provide your phone number, services of interest, budget and preferred call time. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information in your enquiry.

How your enquiry is used

We use the details you submit to respond, discuss your requirements, arrange a call and prepare a proposal. The form stores your request in our WordPress enquiry system and generates email notifications. Submitting a call request does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter or confirm an appointment.

Website operation and analytics

Our hosting, security and website tools may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and pages visited. The website uses WordPress and services including Jetpack, Google Analytics integrations and spam-protection tools. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the website, protect forms and understand traffic.

You can manage cookies through your browser. Blocking cookies may affect some website features. External services have their own privacy notices; follow their links to understand their data practices.

Access and service providers

Enquiries are available to authorised site administrators and the DMZ Tech team handling the request. Hosting, email, security and website-service providers may process information as part of delivering those services. Some providers may operate outside Nigeria. If you follow an external link, the destination’s privacy notice applies.

Retention and security

Enquiries and related correspondence are retained to handle the request and any resulting business relationship. Technical logs and backups may remain within the retention arrangements of our hosting and service providers. Contact us to ask about a specific record or request its deletion. Records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security or dispute-related reasons.

We use access controls and website security tools, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected misuse of your information using the contact details below.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. The availability of a particular right depends on the circumstances. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You can also contact the Nigeria Data Protection Commission with a data-protection concern.
